Although this product came a little on the low side because of the minimal memory, this machine represents a great value as it was a little too expensive as originally marketed. As it stands now, this refurbished model represents a great value for money. I have already begun the upgrades necessary to turn it into what I eventually wanted. This item arrived well packed, the instructions and disks were clear, and all-in-all, I am quite satisfied and would recoment this PC, and it's seller, to anyone.
