After installation, new computer turns out to be defective: it is much slower than my old one; it freezes and doesn't work properly. I called Amazon, they told me to call Circut City, because they fulfilled the order. Circut City had no record of my purchase. I called Amazon again and they promised to replace it within 5-7 days. After a week I called them again. It turns out computer is on back order and it will be delivered by end of the month (I'm still waiting), which they failed to communicate with me initially. I use this computer for work and it made my work very inefficient. This computer was a choice for me because it has 3 year warranty.
It has Windows XP installed. If you want Windows 7 - there is a disk with Windows 7, but you have to install it yourself.
