(More customer reviews)I had an eMac before moving to NJ which I could not bring with me and because of that I wanted another one, in fact this is my third Mac. The Mac arrived in the condition that it was promised, this Mac was refurbished, and when I got on line I was prompted to register my computer with Apple. After doing that I was then able to update my software easily and now my Mac is running very well. I am very satisfied with the operation of my Mac and I will continue to be a very loyal Mac user. I would encourage everyone to purchase a Mac for themselves. You can find Mac's to fit all budgets on Amazon, of which I am most grateful because I am on a very limited budget. Technology Surplus Depot in Florida delivered my Mac before the date promised and I would recommend them for doing just a great job of refurbishing and installing os x.4. Thanks Amazon!!!
