(More customer reviews)I agree with the other reviewer that the DVD drive is hard to open so if u need to use it often, think twice before buying. we have owning this machine for about a year now and it has performed well, decent speed and good at muititasking, core 2 quad is a little outdated but is very powerful also its space saving design is a plus
