(More customer reviews)In over 25 years of dealing with personal computers, this is my first complaint. I have problems with both DVD and Blu-Ray Disc player. They are difficult to open and will not open several DVDs that my previous computer did. Also I was unable to create the restore disk. Many of my existing programs including Outlook 2007 will not work. Overall, the computer is much slower than my 4-yr old computer. My first Gateway was nearly 20 years ago and performed so badly that I have been building my own and for friends. I bought this because I did not have time to build another and assumed the quality would have improve over 20 years. Ive spent over a month trying to make this usable. I am now repairing my old computer to replace this one.
