(More customer reviews)I knew what I was getting into when I clicked the order button for this machine, it was like rolling the dice...and them coming up snake eyes.
Things started out OK. I opened it up and everything was connected properly (those of you who are familiar with CyberpowerPC know what I am talking about), and the machine ran quiet and fast. All my software installed properly, and I thought that I was good after a week of glitch free computing. Then came the dreaed BSOD with a memory error. Thinking wishfully, I hoped it was a fluke and went on for another week or so. Then came the random restarts, mainly when watching streaming video. First one a day, then two, then three or four (I use my computer alot, like most people). Fortunately I was still within my return window with Amazon, and (after some confusion) was able to ship it back for a refund.
CyberpowerPC is a terrible company, and I knew this. But the price was right, and they (Intel) recalled the Sandybrige machine I ordered before it could ship, and I was desparate. I've learned a valuble lesson. Once a terrible company, always a terrible company. CyberpowerPC=MAJOR FAIL.
