(More customer reviews)Bad from the box. Upon initial setup I found that the CD/DVD drawers would not work (both switches were bad). Acer support offered free shipment to their repair shop in Texas (FX standard shipping 3-5 days) and in-house turnaround of 7-10 days plus return shipping. Needless to say Acer "Support" was extremely poor. I expected an exchange or some sort of priority shipping and repair. I called Amazon the next day and they would have gladly exchanged the computer. Call Amazon.com before you call Acer for help I learned the hard way.
