(More customer reviews)I purchased one for the office. It died three weeks later. They required us to pay for shipping to have it fixed. I sent it back for repair and it failed immediately. It took us three weeks to get a UPS label from MSI to send it back for repair a second time. When it was returned it died three days later. When I contacted customer support, I got an email that said "We do apologize for this inconvenience, we will have our supervisor contact you about this case. We thank you for your patience in this matter!" I didn't hear back for three days and when I followed up and they told me to call. They offered to try and fix it again but we declined...we have no faith the machine will ever work and no longer want to waste our time with the computer.
