(More customer reviews)I purchased this specific item because a friend bought this product and it worked well with connecting to a television.
This specific item is offered cheaper as other listings by Amazon but as a supposed barebone product which needs RAM and hard drive. I bought this one because it was suppose to contain both computer components. I called before hand and asked what the operating system was. I was told windows 7 home edition. I received the product and both the hard drive and RAM were missing.
On a side note the installation is very straight forward for a novice. The instructions come with pictures and is simple and basic that any newbie to computers can install the missing components.
I talked to customer service at Amazon and they're affirmed that it is suppose to contain a hard drive. I am returning mine for a refund as I do not want to risk the same mistake again but a word of caution.
This is not an All-in-One PC.
